Kreara was established in April 2004 as a private limited company with the intention of providing quality services for the clinical research, life sciences and financial markets. Ever since our inception we have grown into one of the most trusted partner for some of the life sciences companies across the globe. The company employs a good mix of statisticians, software engineers and clinical data managers.

Kreara has grown into a leading Clinical Research Organization that specializes in providing data management, statistical and software solutions for the process of clinical drug development. In the due course we have worked with clients from Europe, USA and Japan. We have also developed a state of the art training program that provides us with industry ready resources.

Corporate Overview

At KREARA (name derived from the Spanish verb crear which means to create) our primary job function is to create value for our customers. An integral part of our genetic structure is to create long-lasting customer partnerships and working with our customers to identify their needs and provide solutions that support their success.

The concept of solutions being driven to address specific customer challenges has been with Kreara since our inception. As we grew from a small team of two people to a much larger group, we never let go of our focus to treat each of our customers as our only customer. Ever since our inception in April 2004, we have a track record of treating each of our customers from the life sciences industry with respect and providing them with three value additions; Cost Effectiveness, Quality and Timeliness. Kreara heavily focus its services on the Clinical Research and life sciences industry and provide data management, software and statistical services to our customers.

Our customers from Europe and USA have experienced a cost saving of more than 40% by working with us. We have successfully implemented an “extended organisation” methodology into our clinical and life science practices which ensures that the risks related to the cost and time will be mitigated in a proper fashion. The key to the extended organization is a so-called program office, where the client company and the outsourcing provider collaborate with the help of a finely calibrated monitoring system.

We have a full fledged training program that is designed with the emphasis of data quality and timely delivery of services. Cross-functional training is employed to satiate employees’ desire to learn and acquire new skills. It also equips employees to handle different jobs with relative ease. Executive Leadership

Anoop P Ambika

CEO and Managing Director

Anoop P Ambika is the co-founder, CEO and Managing Director of Kreara Solutions. A graduate in Computer Science and Engineering from University of Kerala, Anoop worked with multi nationals like General Electric, NEC, Lucent Technologies and Nortel Networks in various managerial capacities. He underwent his management education in F W Olin Graduate School of Management in Wellesley Massachusetts. He has worked with various geographies like USA, Canada, Japan, Turkey, Switzerland, Germany and Bulgaria in his 15 years of professional tenure. Anoop is currently in charge of devising the long term marketing and growth strategy for Kreara and also represents Kreara in the executive capacity. He is also a member of the DIA.

Manoj B Dethan

Director Operations

Manoj B Dethan is one of the co-founders and Directors of Kreara Solutions. A graduate in Computer Science and Engineering from University of Kerala, Manoj, has worked in various managerial capacities with multi nationals like CMC Ltd and OptiBiz Technologies. Segmenting his 15 years of professional tenure would mean: pharmaceuticals and software vertical experiences; Indian sub-continent, Europe, US and Middle East regional consulting, business development and sales experiences. Manoj currently leads Operations in the executive capacity and also is in charge of devising the long term marketing and growth strategy for Kreara. The suave, sportive and shiny Manoj is also a member of the DIA and is a Freemason.

Sreedevi Menon

Senior Project Manager – Clinical Data Management

V M Sreedevi Menon is the Senior Project Manager of Clinical Data Management and Statistics. A post graduate in Statistics and an MTech in Engineering Statistics from Cochin University of Science and Technology, she has been part of the company since its inception. She started off her career as a statistical analyst in Kreara and has played the role of Senior SAS programmer, Project Statistician and Project Manager for various projects over the years. She has more than 6 years of experience in data management and statistics related activities for different phases of clinical trials and in various therapeutic areas. Sreedevi is presently the Senior Project Manager and is involved in the overall project managerial activities of the company. She is also actively involved in business development activities of the company.

Prajitha Nair

Project Manager – SAS Programming

Prajitha Nair is the Project Manager of SAS Programming in Kreara Solutions. A post graduate in Statistics from Mahatma Gandhi University of Kerala, Prajitha had worked as a Senior SAS programmer, Senior Statistician and Project Leader for various projects over these years. Prajitha set out her career as a Research Fellow in Kerala Forest Research Institute, Thrissur. She later joined Kreara Solutions as SAS Programmer and had gained an experience of over 3 years in clinical trial domain. She has worked in various therapeutic areas and different phases of the clinical study. She has sound knowledge in the CSDIC SDTM and had applied the knowledge related to mapping the raw data to the targeted structure in various projects.

Krishna Kumar

Project Manager – Software

Krishnakumar is the project manager for software Development in Kreara solutions. A Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and communications from M S University Thirunelveli, Krishnakumar had worked as team leader and senior programmer for various projects over the last 4 years. Krishnakumar has started his career as a programmer at an MNC in Bangalore and later joined in Kreara as a software programmer.

Focus Areas

The main focus areas of Kreara include clinical data management and statistical analysis for clinical trials. We also design electronic CRF and electronic randomisation applications. Our statisticians provide valuable inputs into the study design and the selection of the statistical procedures. In the business intelligence sector, we perform data cleaning and analysis and help the enterprises to make informed decisions.

We also develop and test custom software application for the automated conduct of clinical trials like clinical trial management systems. As part of our expansion plans, Kreara intend to provide development and analysis services in the bio-informatics and chem-informatics sector.
